This guide will walk you through some helpful recommended reports for finding benefit details
Benefit Plan Detail- Version 1:
This report pulls a full benefit census for sending data to the carrier and auditing enrollment and rates. Dependent data is listed in the same row, but separate columns
Benefit Plan Detail- Version 2
This report pulls a full benefit census for sending data to the carrier andauditing enrollment and rates. Dependent data and beneficiaries arelisted in separate rows.
Open Enrollment Changes
This report is used to gather changes made during Open Enrollmentonline processing. The system compares elections on “from” and “to”dates which may only be 1 day apart and returns elections that differbetween the two dates. Changes between the two dates would show onthe changes tab, while the old values tab returns enrollments as of the“from” date.
Benefit Changes Audit
This report is used to gather changes made manually during “from” and "to” dates and returns the changes made between the two dates.
Retirement Report
This report will display useful information for reviewing employee andemployer contributions to deferred compensation plans. The scheduledcontribution and match amounts are listed for each employee as well asthe plan-eligible wages and deductions taken for current, MTD, QTD, andYTD payrolls.
Benefit Changes Audit
Run the report for the last day in the month to compare benefits to payroll. Report will show you the variances for both the month and the year.
