Employee Login Troubleshooting

Issue: Employee did not receive email

  • Verify the email address was added correctly.
  • Check junk or spam folders.
  • Ensure emails can be received from no-reply@Infinisource.com.

Issue: Employee’s Email address is incorrect

  • Navigate to the General screen, uncheck “Enable Self-Service Access,” update the email address, and re-enable Self-Service Access.

Issue: Employee cannot go to the authentication page

  • Copy the URL into the browser address bar if the link does not work directly.
