Login Troubleshooting
Issue: Employee did not receive email
- Verify the email address was added correctly.
- Check junk or spam folders.
- Ensure emails can be received from no-reply@Infinisource.com.
Issue: Employee’s Email address is incorrect
- Navigate to the General screen, uncheck “Enable Self-Service Access,” update the email address, and re-enable Self-Service Access.
Issue: Employee cannot go to the authentication page
- Copy the URL into the browser address bar if the link does not work directly.
