On a recent update, Multi Factor Authentication was added when a change is made to Direct Deposit in the Desktop/Classic View. Now you can X out of the screen when prompted to enter the Verification Code.

Content Restrictions

A new Content Restrictions feature gives administrators greater control over the learning content available within their organization.

 Key Benefits:

  • Allows administrators to filter out content that does not align with organizational standards, preferences, or policies.
  • Supports a curated learning environment that reflects organizational values.
  • Provides flexibility to adapt content controls as needs evolve.

 

This enhancement helps organizations maintain consistency in learning experiences while retaining adaptability for future changes.

Predictive Index Version 2 (PI2) Rollout & Migration

Predictive Index Version 2 (PI2) is a major upgrade to assessment integration and reporting, with enhancements to the platform interface, assessment features and workflow.

Key Updates:

  • Improved Interface
    Modernized widget with updated fonts and layouts for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
  • Assessment Enhancements
    • Behavioral reports now include a 0–5 star fit rating with reference profile tags (e.g., Controller, Team Player).
    • Cognitive reports transition from percentiles to a numerical score (100–450) with a fit description (Cautionary, Moderate, Strong).
  • New Setup Requirements - The thank you page integration will require manual migration, as current setups will no longer function after the rollout. Accounts with this feature enabled will be contacted with additional details.

 What to Expect Next:

  • The platform will feature two tabs: PI1 (for reviewing pre-upgrade reports) and PI2 (for all new assessments).
  • Job titles are now central to assessment requests.
  • Gender selection (Male, Female, Neutral) is required at the start of assessments.

Mobile Enhanced Inbox

The Inbox is now fully optimized for mobile devices, providing users with complete inbox functionality on the go. This enhancement delivers a smoother and more flexible messaging experience.

Workflows Update

Hiring Workflow templates now display statuses that have assigned actions, such as user notifications or email templates.

This enhancement gives administrators full visibility into every action triggered when a user’s status is updated, improving clarity and workflow management.

Monster Easy Apply Integration

The integration with Monster has been enhanced to streamline job postings and improve the candidate application process.

 Key Enhancements:

  • Employers can post jobs to Monster instantly with automated posting.
  • Job screening questions and EEO information are now included on the initial application.
  • With Monster Quick Apply, candidates can apply directly from the job board using their Monster profile, improving the candidate experience and increasing completed applications.

Optional Sex/Gender Questions in Voluntary Disclosure

An enhancement has been introduced to provide more flexibility in managing voluntary disclosure questions on applications.

Key Details:

  • The Sex/Gender questions within the Voluntary Disclosure section can now be disabled without removing the entire section.
  • If enabled, organizations may include both self-identification and non-binary options.
  • If preferred, the questions may be omitted entirely by request.

This update supports a balance between compliance and inclusivity while respecting candidate and client preferences.
