Update Your Tax Forms

1.  To update your tax withholdings, select the Start Wizard button and the jurisdictions you need to update, then hit Next.

2.  From here select the type of form, hit Next, and then begin the survey by clicking Start next to the first form.

3.  Once all steps have been completed in the Wizard, you will be guided to the certification page where you will digitally sign your tax forms. Hit Submit Form and you’re all set!
